Exercising makes me feel miserable..is it normal?

Fruit and dried figs are good for you. Sounds like you have some confusion about what's a healthy amount of exercise and what are healthy eating habits. As long as you're not eating a cheeseburger every day and you exercise a few times a week, you should be fine. Don't compare yourself to your sister. If your calf hurts, let it heal. You're not going to gain 10 pounds by letting it heal. Actually, you could make it a lot worse by using it too soon. Just relax for a day or two and let it heal and then get back to exercising. Make it fun. Anything can be exercise. My husband and I go hiking.
