Will Hajime Satomi, the President of Sega Sammy Holdings, and CEO of Sega Have to Retire at Age 75?!?

Hajime Satomi is the perso nwho runs Sega Sammy, the company that owns Sega and the cause of all its troubles (supposedly). I am wondering if he has to retire at age 75, because right now he is age 67. I am not sure how stuff works in the business world. Sega Sammy can stay a business but this guy has gotta go. He is also the CEO of Sega. Thats the thing, I view this guy as a dictator, he wants to be in complete control. Sega Sammy is fine, but this guy really needs to go. Sega needs to continue their past franchises, and create new blockbuster franchises. But it has not been able to do that. It seems odd that he wanted to be CEO, but he does not appear in any interviews or anything. So Sega Sammy, decent merger but it needs to get rid of him. So Does Hajime Satomi, the President of Sega Sammy Holdings, and CEO of Sega Have to Retire at Age 75?!?
