MY SON IS 20 YRS OLD STILL LEAVING AT HOME. HOW DO I GET HIM TO DO SOMETHING WITH HIS LIFE SO HE CAN MOVE OUT?

My son is 20 yrs. old. He has no idea what he wants to do in life. He tells me he is going to join the army, but its been months and he has not done so. he has a GED, his truck motor blew up,(so no vehicle), no job steadily for 2 years. When I ask him what he is going to do, he tells me to let him live his life. The only thing he does is watch tv, play video games, on the computer, and talks and text on his phone !!!! Whatever I say goes in one ear and out the other !!! What can I do with him? His father does not live with us.
