Was the Voyager probes equipped with a " Radioisotope thermoelectric generator " or R.T.G. for short?

And if so how long do scientists expect the R.T.G. to last, i know they can last decades but the isotopes must have reached there half life already and have stopped producing electricity to power the systems?
