because afghans have martial history.u kill them all or u retreat only 2 solutions.they had lived in af_pak for 5000 years without any migration.they resist and resist.they gave sanctuary if one comes in their land thats why they dont extradite osama..america should have done it by means of negotiations.now they have placate iraq.but the talibans are not iraqis.
