1994 Plymouth Acclaim Transmission?

Plymouths 1990-1993 had a design problem in the transmission, and they acted as you describe. I thought they had it fixed by 1994. The one that I had fixed cost me $750 three years ago. I doubt there is hope for the transmission. If you like the car and the engine is good then $514 is not a lot to spend. If you don't care for the car, then sell it.
