IS THERE ANY FREEWARE TO CONVERT WMV TO VCD ? I TRIED THE TRIAL VERSIONS WHICH ARE STICKING THE WATERMARKS.?

I am looking for a free software converter which can convert wmv to vcd formats. By this, I mean a free software not the trial ones which we have to purchase later. Trial ones are actually leaving the watermarks over the output.
