Is this allergies or am i sick?

I had chills earlier after I got home from school, I have a stuffy/drippy nose, headache, earlier today all of a sudden there was a loud tone that was almost as loud as standing very close to a train for about 2 minutes (sorry that really creeped me out), I'm sore and weak... Geez. Well is this allergies or something else? My mom said I wouldn't have chills with allergies and I HAVE to go to school tomorrow! Help?
