MTX terminator or Memphis pr?

I am considering either an MTX terminator setup, with 2 12" subs in sealed box and 400w max amp, or a Memphis setup with 1 12" pr sub in Memphis ported box and 250w rms amp. Which would have overall better quality and sound?
