Should I put my son in special ed or regular school?

I don't know what my son has yet his doctor hasn't figured it out yet but my son is 15 and is still on a pacifier and pulls up still on a baby bottle hits his head on the wall a lots cuts him self a lot cries a lot shakes, falls a lot ... but his doctor thinks he should be in special ed should I put him in special ed? or something else? thanks
