What do you think of Obama's own comments in his books?

Taking something out of context is dishonest. I read the first book ... he talks about his journey through life to where he was at that time. He's a person. He is a child of two cultures. Had he not struggled with identity issues, he wouldn't be the thoughtful intelligent man he is. Where he is at the time he writes won't be the same place he'll be today or tomorrow or the week after. Would any of us want to have our pasts picked over so critically? I haven't learned anything about the man that would pesuade me not to vote for him. He's definitely the lesser of the available evils ... and maybe even better than that.
