Can I get in to an ivy league college?

Hey, I'm a high school junior. I have a 3.9 GPA, I'm top 10th percent of my cl, I'm half black and half Hispanic, I play baseball and soccer, I'm on the debate team, and I'm on student government. The only thing I don't know are my SAT scores but i expect to get around a 1700-1800 based on my PSAT scores. I just wanted to know if most people think I can get in, or is it not even worth the application fee? Thanks!
